Last Nov we went to Powell for a long weekend just before thanksgiving, night time temps got down in the upper 20's F. I tell you we didn't need heat until morning after you crawl out of bed and then not much. As soon as the sun hits the boat and canvas it heats up to a very comfortable temp.
We used a ceramic element electric heater, the ones at wall mart for $15. I am guessing an output of 1200-1500 watts. Ran the Honda EU2000 gen set on the swim deck, no way I was going swimming to shore to place generator on beach.
Maybe it just us, but the cabin of this boat seems to always be hot, we find that spring/fall we have to use A/C to keep cabin bearable.
