I had the same issue. A fabric shop should be able to match it but if you want to buy the fabric yourself, like I did, you can try ordering samples.
fabric.com is where I purchased my fabric. You can place your order through Amazon but you have to go through fabric.com to get samples. I had to order about 3-4 different samples to find the correct match.
btw, my color was "Solid Standard Captain Navy", not like that helps you, but when I had new canvas done the canvas guy said that color is very common.
