I’ve checked most of the manuals and online resources and either I’m missing something or can’t figure out what three long loud beeps are from the console after I start the engine or just turn the key She’s a 2016 four winds V275, 6.2 L MerCruiser with about 50 hours on it and while the service light does come on all other indicator show everything is OK and fluids are all right. I don’t think any of the Garmin GPS alarms are active but I’m not in shallow water either. Latest update is the three beeps have now gone to six beeps so I’ll have to have a tech plug-in and see what the error is but she’s been running fine Otherwise. |

Try removing the Spark Arrestor and there is a little foam muffler sitting there check that out in case it is blocked sending a message to the computer indicating a Failed IAC Valve |

Thank you! from what I can find online: "6 beeps "on start-up OR during a running failure" indicates a fault in any of the following: MAT sensor (Manifold Temperature), MAP (Manifold Pressure) sensor, TPS (throttle position sensor) or the ECM itself (Flash Check Summary)." Computer hookup and diagnostics required, so the marina is checking... NJboater |

3 beeps when turning the key to run is basically an "all systems go" on volvo engines. If you engage the starter you can interrupt these 3 beeps and basically turn it into 1. Any alarm past the 3 beeps means something, and I wish they would put a table in the drive manual for these! |

These were 3 or 6 long beeps 20-30seconds after a start or a key turn wo a start. |
