How much water should come of the boat when I take my garboard plug out out after a day on the lake ???

The boat is on a slope so anything that is there will run to the back. But really - how much should be coming out?

I ran Saturday and Sunday this weekend, pulled the plug out both nights and got about a pint of water both days, dont know if there is supposed to be nothing or something but thats what I had and that doesnt seem like very much to me.

A couple of times I've had nothing come out. Most of the time I get a 1-2 second trickle.

I find it depends on how the boat has been used on the day. If we are just cruising around the harbor then I find basically nothing comes out. However if we have been waterskiing/wakeboarding all day with multiple riders getting back into the boat wet then sometimes several litres of water will be released. I assume boat has been stored out of the elements prior to use?

That is kinds what I was thinking too. We usually are swimming, skiing, or tubing - so I figured it was water from all of that. The amounts you all described seem to be about on par with my experiences with this boat. Ive never had several liters, but a pint or two perhaps at the most...

I don't think we have had a day yet without folks getting in and out of the water, but we fully expect to extend our boating season into the October - early November time frame, so that will be the true barometer. And yes, we do keep the boat in dry storage.

Thanks,

Same for me...if the kids are tubing and or getting in and out of the water...we MIGHT get a little more, but not usually. I typically have them drip off on the platform before they get inside the boat.

The only time I've had any significant amount of water was when I pulled the tube in the boat to deflate it without letting all of the water drain out first

Typically, there's only a small amount that comes out.

about the same as everyone else from 0 to several liters depending on how long the boat has been in the water and how much in and out of the water we are doing.

Your boat should drain out 4 inches of water everytime.

Four inches? From bow to stearn?
