Hi Everyone & huge thanks in advance! I have a 1992 180 Horizon w/ a OMC Cobra 4.3L engine. The other day, the belt in front, I believe the power steering belt, was shred to bits. It's totally gone and I can't find a single piece to find out the size of the belt. Please, does anyone know the size? I could really use the help. Thanks again! |

Welcome! You can take a string and run it around the pulleys to get a good estimate on belt size. |

great idea! That would help with the length for sure! Should I just take a guess on the width? or are they all the same as far as that goes? |

Welcome. Another WI owner. Its not red and white is it? Lets see some pics. I sold my 1991 FW 170 Freedom two years ago to a guy in Milwaukee. |

![]() I do live near Milwaukee, in Oconomowoc. I got my boat from my dad's friend who bought it new, barely used it and ended up not even taking it out past 96. It was stored for over ten years before I found out about it and worked out a payment plan to take it off his hands. It was black with mildew but I took the interior apart piece by piece, cleaned it with Tilex and now it shines. The engine is perfect and was so clean but is now covered in black shredded rubber, gotta get the belt replaced, clean the engine and get back out on the lake while it's so nice yet! |
