Not wishing to be unkind or inconsiderate to the undeniably, clearly extremely talented person driving that inflatable boat who may or may or not have been a stunt driver or pretending to be a mentally "challenged" person i.e. a "moron" in UK terms, or "retard" in US terms, who shouldn't be in charge of a pencil, let alone a boat) , what a d**k head.

I have heard the Norkfolk Broad authority, where the incident took place have found the boat, suspect who was driving it but as yet do not know what to do because it is sensitive. Options:

If its a tax paying person UK citizen, clearly prosecute and get as high a fine as possible ( = preferred outcome)
If its an unemployed person , a UK or EU citizen , congratulate them on their ingenuity and provide grants for training for a job that doesn't exist within 100 miles from where they live
If its an illegal immigrant, provide a boat handling course and accomodation/ living expenses for for their extended family until they find a non tax paying job

America beware, what we have now is yours tomorrow! ( I am not joking). Am I cynical about thr UK Government, you bet I am!

As an aside, anyone know my cousin Gary Jackson, originally from Atlanta, now living Arizona or Idaho I believe?
