A bud at work is retired USMC and was posted as guard on a ship visited by Bush 41 during presidency.

He said Bush could really handle that tri engine center console. Said he watched Bush circle around ship with others on board at high speed and pulled right up at perfect stop at the BROUGH...no lines and no hands needed as Bush stepped on board.

secret service then maneuvered The Fidelity away from ship. He said it was impressive and not something you see done so perfectly very often.

The brough is the ladder they lower for boarding at sea....i didn't know that term until he explained ... May be spelled brow...Navy folks could verify.
